Managing Director · Eraa (UK) Ltd
Following the merger of Litra and Eraa (UK) Ltd, took on the Managing Director role for the consolidated group. Oversees brand strategy, manufacturing operations, and international growth across the portfolio, including Loxta, Protect-UK, Drake & Hutch, The British Brew Co, Malhara, and Abacus Metals.
Day-to-day work spans board-level strategy, product development, manufacturing oversight at Abacus Metals in Jaipur, and direct engagement with trade and consumer customers across the brand family.
Founder · Loxta Hardware
Launched Loxta as a premium UK door ironmongery and hardware brand built on Eraa’s manufacturing heritage. Developed the brand through twelve sub-brands across Luxury, Premium, and Core tiers, including STEALTH Commander, Series16, V87, and Bowland.
In January 2025, Loxta’s STEALTH Commander achieved Sold Secure Silver certification, establishing it as one of the most secure door handles available in the UK market, a process Shaun led from concept through testing and certification.
Founder & Director · Litra
Founded Litra as a separate entity to develop a new range of architectural hardware products that would become Loxta. Litra was consolidated into Eraa (UK) Ltd in 2020 to bring brand and manufacturing under a single corporate structure.
Heat Metering & Billing Manager · Vital Energi
Joined Vital Energi initially within the new technologies team, exploring how the company could move forward with more investigative engineering work. Subsequently led the launch of the vPro energy management system and took on the Heat Metering & Billing Manager role, a function that became increasingly central as district heating networks grew in the UK.
CAE FEA Engineer · Meridian Technologies
Year in industry as part of a Diploma in Industrial Studies, working at Meridian Technologies, a Canadian Tier 1 automotive supplier. Conducted Computer-Aided Engineering and Finite Element Analysis on vehicle structural components for programmes including McLaren, Ferrari, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, and SAIC.
The family business
Grew up around Eraa, the company founded by his parents Ravindra and Padmini Singh in 1987, the same year Shaun was born. Twice-annual trips to the manufacturing facility in Jaipur shaped a long-standing interest in engineering and manufacturing that would later define his career.

Master of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Four-year MEng programme including a year in industry at Meridian Technologies as part of a Diploma in Industrial Studies. Loughborough is consistently ranked among the UK’s leading universities for engineering disciplines.
Secondary & Sixth Form Education
Completed secondary education and Sixth Form at QEGS Blackburn, an independent grammar school in Lancashire founded in 1509.
