2020 – Present

Managing Director · Eraa (U.K.) Ltd

I joined the Eraa board as a director on 1 January 2020 and now lead the group as Managing Director. I look after brand strategy, manufacturing operations and international growth across the portfolio, including Loxta, Litra Consulting, Protect-UK, Drake & Hutch, The British Brew Co, Malhara House and Abacus Metals.

Day to day, my work spans board-level strategy, product development, manufacturing oversight at Abacus Metals in Jaipur, and time with trade and consumer customers across the brands.

2016 – Present

Founder · Litra Consulting

I founded Litra Consulting in 2016 to work with heat network operators and suppliers on heat metering and billing, the field I managed at Vital Energi. It is a brand of Eraa (U.K.) Ltd.

2014 – Present

Founder · Loxta

I launched Loxta as a UK door ironmongery and hardware brand built on Eraa’s manufacturing heritage. It now has twelve sub-brands across Luxury, Premium and Core tiers, including STEALTH Commander, Series16, V87 and Bowland.

In January 2025 the STEALTH Commander door handle achieved Sold Secure Silver certification. I led that work from concept through testing and certification.

2010 – 2012

Heat Metering & Billing Manager · Vital Energi

I joined Vital Energi in the new technologies team, exploring how the company could take on more investigative engineering work. I then led the launch of the vPro energy management system and became Heat Metering & Billing Manager, a role that became more central as district heating networks grew in the UK.

2008 – 2009

CAE FEA Engineer · Meridian Technologies

A year in industry as part of my Diploma in Industrial Studies, at Meridian Technologies, a Canadian Tier 1 automotive supplier. I carried out computer-aided engineering and finite element analysis on vehicle structural components for programmes including McLaren, Ferrari, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo and SAIC.

From an early age

The family business

I grew up around Eraa, which my father founded in 1987 with my mother’s support, the year I was born. Twice-yearly trips to the manufacturing facility in Jaipur gave me an early interest in engineering and manufacturing that has stayed with me.
